MEET THE FAMILY

Kristen.

This was me at 39 weeks pregnant with Mason. Huge. Sadly, it is the last picture that I have that is of just me. After having 3 babies in 3 years this is probably how most people think of me!

I am a stay at home mommy of three. I spent a few years working towards a degree in Criminal Justice but decided to take a break to focus on the kiddos. The plan is to become a juvenile probation officer once they are all in school. As for now, I absolutely love being a stay at home mom. I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. I enjoy sewing and making something new from something old. I have recently taken up cooking and it turns out I'm pretty darn good at following a recipe. I owe it all to Pinterest. I'm not sure if I would go as far to say that Pinterest has saved our marriage, but it has definitely made it better!

Rick.

He is one hard working husband and daddy. He has been at his job for almost 9 years and he works his butt off. He's punk and proud..I would probably get yelled at if I didn't mention that ;). He's covered in tattoos and would have a brightly colored mohawk if I allowed it. He listens to quite the plethora of music. The girls and him spend the evening running around in a "circle pit" and listening to music. That is probably the girls' favorite part of the day :)

Us.

Ours.

First, you have Mackenzie Kay:

Born April 16th, 2009 weighing 8lbs 12oz. Kenzie is one spirited little girl. She is so energetic and full of life. She is in love with bunnies and spends a lot of her day hopping around like one. She currently attends a pre-preschool program 2 days a week for 2 hours a day. She also does gymnastics.

Mya Mae.

Born on July 12th, 2011 weighing 8lbs. Mya is our little spitfire. She's a peanut that packs a punch! She is incredibly smart and has been an overachiever since the start. She gets a bit jealous and unfortunately bites and pinches her aggression out. She was still very much a baby when little brother came along so the adjustment is just taking a bit longer. We'll get there :)

Mason Richard.

Born November 5th, 2012 weighing 9lbs 7oz! Mason is our happy chunky butt. He is always full of smiles and they are extremely contagious. I love watching his personality form. He is going to be a heartbreaker!

 Can't forget Peter!

Peter was supposed to be a surprise for Easter morning. My silly husband and I thought we could get him a month early and hide him in the basement until then. I think that lasted maybe 2 days. Kenzie ventured into the basement one day and came running upstairs screaming "Mommy, I found a bunny!" He's one very loved bunny and a part of our family now :)
